沈锡辉个人简介

  沈锡辉,男,1972年11月生,陕西丹凤人,1994年本科毕业于西北农业大学农学系,1997年硕士研究生毕业于西北农业大学基础科学系,2005年在中科院微生物所获微生物学博士学位,2005-2008年为美国普度大学生物科学系博士后,2008-2010年被聘为中科院武汉病毒研究所病毒学国家重点实验室副研究员,2010年起任西北农林科技大学生命科学学院微生物与生物工程系教授、博士生导师。主要从事微生物环境适应的分子机制研究,通过深入揭示新型微生物抗逆基因的作用机制,从而为工农业生产菌种的遗传改良、病原微生物的防治、植物抗逆基因工程育种等研究提供新策略和新基因资源。研究方向包括抗逆促生植物内生菌的分离鉴定及应用研究、植物-微生物互作机理、抗逆微生物功能基因发掘、细菌分泌系统及其效应蛋白功能鉴定、细菌生物膜形成机制等,近年来以通讯作者或第一作者在微生物学权威期刊PLoS Pathog., Antioxid. Redox. Sign., mBio, Envrion. Microbiol., Cell. Microbiol., Appl. Environ. Microbiol., Biochem. J.等发表SCI收录论文30余篇。担任Journal of Proteome Research, AEM, AMB, Journal of Biotechnology, PLoS One, Antonie van Leeuwenhoek, Archives of Microbiology等国际期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、863子课题、陕西省农业科技攻关等项目。
