聂小军个人简历

  

  

  聂小军,男,1984年 10月生,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。国际小麦基因组测序磋商组织会员。2007年在西北农林科技大学农学院获得农学学士学位,2007–2013年在西北农林科技大学完成博士学位,2013年7月留校工作,任农学院植物科学系讲师。主要围绕作物抗逆种质创新与基因学方向,开展作物优异抗逆种质资源的鉴定与发掘、抗逆相关功能基因/miRNA的鉴定与功能验证、作物抗逆的基因组学等研究工作。先后主持了国家自然科学基金青年项目、陕西省自然科学基金青年人才项目等项目5项。近五年来,在BMC Genomics, Frontiers in Plant Science, PLoS ONE, American Journal of Botany, Plant Molecular Biology Reporter期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。
