  研究方向

  苹果抗逆(干旱、低温)的分子机制及分子育种:以苹果属植物为研究对象,研究其对干旱、低温冻害的耐受性,利用正向遗传及逆向遗传学手段,结合多组学、生理生化等手段,解析苹果耐旱、耐寒重要基因/蛋白/小分子RNA的作用机制及功能,以及DNA甲基化在苹果耐旱中的作用,并进行苹果抗逆改良及基因组选择育种。
