吉万全个人简介
吉万全:旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室副主任,西北农林科技大学农学院植物科学与技术系教授, 博士生导师,陕西省遗传学会理事长,中国遗传学会理事,中国遗传资源分会副秘书长,中国作物学会分子育种分会理事,第三届全国农作物品种审定委员会委员,陕西省农作物品种审定委员会委员、小麦专业委员会主任委员。陕西省有突出贡献专家,享受政府特殊津贴。
一直从事小麦种质资源与育种研究。1993年赴加拿大植物研究中心进修学习,1999年赴以色列开展小麦耐旱和抗病育种合作研究。
主持国家转基因生物育种重大专项、863课题、科技攻关、国家自然科学基金、省科技攻关项目等。在小麦染色体工程研究方面,获得了普通小麦稳定自交结实缺体系统20个, 该项研究达世界先进水平;将簇毛麦、野生二粒小麦、山羊草的抗白粉病基因导入普通小麦中,创制出一批兼抗白粉和条锈病的抗源亲本。在小麦染色体工程育种研究方面,培育出小麦新品种西农509、西农511、西农529、陕麦159、陕麦150和远丰175等,在黄淮麦区推广2000多万亩。
在BMC Genomics,, Theor Appl Genet , Plant Mol Biol Rep , Genetic Resources and Crop Evolution及国际学术会议上发表论文170余篇,参加国际学术会议8次, 获奖成果10项。

1. “普通小麦稳定自交结实缺体系统的创制”1998年获国家发明三等奖(第2完成人);
2. "小麦种质资源中重要育种目标性状的评价与创新利用"获2014年获得国家科技进步奖二等奖(第4完成人)
3. " 强筋小麦新品种远丰175和陕麦159的选育"2015年获陕西省科技进步一等奖(第1完成人);
