宋卫宁

  

  宋卫宁,男,1958年9月生,教授,博士生导师,国际小麦基因组测序磋商组织协调委员会成员,中国作物学会小麦基因组及分子育种分会委员,为Trends in Plant Science, Molecular Ecology, BMC Genomics, Plant Systematics and Evolution等杂志审稿人。1982年在湖南农学院(现湖南农业大学)农学学士学位,同年出国留学,于1987年在澳大利亚阿德莱德大学获得硕士学位,1994年获得阿德莱德大学博士学位,1994年-1997年任澳大利亚昆士兰农业生物技术中心及南十字大学植物遗传资源保存中心分子生物学家,1997年-2002年任澳大利亚昆士兰州政府莱丝里研究中心分子生物学实验室负责人,2002年-2006年任以色列海法大学进化研究所高级研究员。2006年3月全职回国工作。长期从事麦类分子生物学和基因组学理论与应用研究工作,在野生麦类优异抗逆种质资源收集、鉴定与发掘利用、植物与微生物逆境基因组学与逆境信号途径、作物起源、驯化与群体遗传学等方面,先后主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目、国际组织间合作项目、863项目子课题、973项目子课题、农业部948项目、教育部科学技术重点培育项目等项目10余项。先后在PNAS, Plant Biotech J, BMC Genomics, Frontiers in Plant Science, American Journal of Botany等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇, 获得了2个国际基因专利,单篇论文最高引用次数达280次(Weining and Langridge, 1991)。
