李鹏民

      1 .基本信息 
  李鹏民, 男,1979年1月生,山东省龙口市人,教授,博士生导师。2002年7月于山东农业大学农学专业本科毕业,获得农学学士学位。2006年12月于山东农 业大学植物学专业博士毕业,获得理学博士学位。2007年4月至2010年3月在美国康奈尔大学园艺系做博士后。2010年4月到西北农林科技大学园艺学 院工作。入选2013年度“陕西省青年科技新星”及“教育部新世纪优秀人才”。
  2.研究方向
  主要从事苹果属植物类黄酮代谢和生物学功能方向的研究。利用苹果属种质资源,分离鉴定特异类黄酮化合物,然后一方面研究相关化合物的生物活性,为深入解析苹果营养品质奠定基础;另一方面,针对相关化合物,挖掘其代谢关键基因,并利用遗传转化等手段,阐明相关化合物在植物体内的生物学功能,并为调控化合物含量及果实品质提供理论支撑。
  3. 开设课程
  承担研究生《英文科技论文写作》和本科生《果实品质形成与调控》等课程。
  4. 科研项目
  “苹果调控根皮苷去糖苷化和羟基化关键基因的挖掘及其功能验证”,国家自然科学基金面上项目。

      “苹果苦涩味形成及调控机理的研究”,国家重点研发计划子课题。

  “三叶苷苹果新种质分子标记辅助育种相关技术研发”,陕西省重点研发计划。
