一、个人简介:
孙丽英,1974年生,西北农林科技大学植物病理学专业教授,博士生导师。为中国植物病理学会会员,日本植物病理学会会员,美国病毒学会会员,浙江省细胞学会会员。 Molecular Plant Pathology,Virus Research, PLoS ONE等专业杂志审稿人。教学方面承担本科生《有害生物治理》《病毒学》暑期课程。科研方面先后主持日本科学協会笹川研究基金,国家自然基金、转基因生物新品种培育重大专项(子课题),973前期项目 (子课题),参与农业部产业体系,行业专项等多项国家省部级项目。

三、研究领域和方向:
1、真菌病毒的生物防治:利用植物寄主-病原真菌-真菌病毒相互作用的研究体系,在分子生物学,细胞生物学水平分析真菌病毒对真菌形态、致病力的影响。着重探索减毒病毒抑制栗疫菌致病力衰退的分子机理。
2、植物病毒病基础研究与防控:开展重要作物病毒病的诊断,病原鉴定,分子变异、抗病品种筛选等研究工作。系统开展马铃薯Y家族病毒的致病机理,寄主抗病反应,病毒-介体-寄主间相互作用,以及低温介导的植物病毒暴发流行的分子机制等研究。
